Nathan Hayward III Speaks About the State of Delaware

May 6, 2003 marked the last Society of Skeptics program of the year and featured Mr. Nathan Hayward III, father of Blair senior Nate Hayward IV and Delaware’s Secretary for the Department of Transportation.

Mr. Hayward spoke about the political and economic issues involved in turning around the almost bankrupt state of Delaware. He has served as Delaware’s Director of the Office of Management, Budget and Planning and was Director of the Delaware Development Office from 1977-1984.
