Blair Students Compete in Teens Arts Fest

A number of Blair Academy art students participated in the annual Warren County Teen Arts Festival in March, including Jodi Bradner ’04, Benton Connor ’05, Nikki Gallant ’04, Doug Graupe ’05, Meredith Habermann ’04, Max Iattoni ’04, Lauren Jaffe ’05, Maggie Jones ’05, Mikey Kampmann ’04, Lauren Keiling ’04, Seo Young Park ’04, Martine Romano ’04, Nikki Styler ’04, Todd Tamagnini ’04, and Erik Wilburn ’06.

Fine Arts Department Chair Rita Baragona is pleased to report that works by Benton, Lauren, Nikki Styler, Todd, Seo Young and Erik were chosen to continue on to the state level of competition. Benton’s and Seo Young’s works will also be on tour throughout New Jersey during the 2004-05 school year. Lauren’s “Light Through the Trees” was chosen for reproduction in advertisements sponsored by the State of New Jersey. This same work, executed in colored pencil, graced the Spring 2004 cover of the Blair Bulletin alumni magazine.
