Student’s Work Selected in Drexel University Photo Contest

The work of art student Lauren Jaffe ’05 was chosen for display throughout the month of January in conjunction with the Drexel University High School Photo Contest Exhibition in Philadelphia. Lauren’s work was chosen from among 2,000 photographs submitted this year by students across the country.

The judges of this high school photography competition, sponsored annually by Drexel, are highly selective, according to photography teacher Melissa Paul Erne ’96. “The quality of work must be outstanding, as only about 75 images are selected for display. I’m pleased that Lauren’s was among them and that she was able to attend the opening reception of the exhibition.”
