Big Brother/Big Sister Program Helps Ease Transition

Members of the Big Brother/Big Sister program at Blair, which is sponsored by the Senior Class Council, recently hosted their first reception of the year. Dave Vachris, dean of residential life, describes how the program works: “Over the summer, new sophomores and juniors are matched up with returning seniors, in hopes of alleviating some of the anxiety that often comes with starting life at a new school. Many thanks to Faith Evans for all of her work in orchestrating this worthwhile program.”
