Former Member of E Street Band Advises Jazz Ensemble

David Sancious, an original member of the E Street Band, came to campus on Sunday, October 3. He listened to the Blair jazz ensemble perform two pieces, “Take Five” by Dave Brubeck and “Moondance” by Van Morrison, then critiqued the group’s performance. He talked with the student musicians about starting a jazz ensemble and discussed his life in the music industry.
