Howlin’ Good Fun on Halloween

From Siamese twins to tiny skunks, creative costumes made for a fun Halloween at Blair. Faculty children paraded through the campus Friday afternoon, enjoying treats along the way, and that evening, students enjoyed dressing up for dinner, Halloween style.
