Winter White Fades Away
Despite the fact that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, those days of below-freezing temperatures – which kept the campus covered in snow since the arrival of the first major winter storm of 2005 on January 22 – are a thing of the past in this second week of February. Students returning from Long Winter Weekend (February 4-8) found the campus looking quite different than it did when Debra Mitchell, a Blairstown resident, snapped these shots of the front hill, the Old Academy and Blair Lake a few weeks ago.
